Foooot

Foooot is a four button midi footswitch. Its built with simple parts and an Arduino Nano.

By hitting a button, a MIDI-message get send through the MIDI-Din-Port. The LEDs show the state of the buttons. With a long press on a button, you can switch between four sides. So you can control 16 effects!

Since the Foooot is build around an Arduino Nano, you can hack the firmware quite easy. If you make any changes, let me know. Maybe its worth to implement it in the stock firmware.

The pictures show the first prototype. There are still some things to improve and change. So I need to build some more devices. If you are interested in this project, let me know. Especially i am interested in smart ideas for the firmware. The aim is to get the most out of the simple parts used in this project.
